Chili 2 1/2 lbs ground chuck 1 lb ground pork 6 Tbsp Chili Powder 2 Tbsp Salt 1 1/2 Tbsp Pepper 1 1/2 Tbsp Cumin Seed 1 1/2 Tbsp Monosodiam Glutamate (Mom leaves this out) 1/2 can Tomato Sauce 1/2 lb Pinto Beans 1 lb Green Bell Pepper 2 cans stewed tomato 1 1/2 Tbsp Oil 2 Onions 2 Cloves Garlic 1/2 Cup Parsley 1/2 Cup Butter Brown Meat, grill onions garlic green pepper and spices Add the rest and cook at least 4 hours.
